Megan Coenen is the Executive Director of Operations at Moriah Behavioral Health. Megan’s passions are mental health, people and organizational leadership. She considers herself an advocate for the community of Las Vegas, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she has been a Vegas transplant for 16 years. Megan is a nurse by trade, completing school locally in the valley. She has various experience as an Assistant Director of Operations & Director of Nursing for outpatient & residential services for mental health and eating disorder treatment.
